Individual Therapy
What Psychotherapy Can Help With/ Who is it for:
Psychotherapy comes in many forms, but all are designed to help people overcome challenges, develop coping strategies that involves changing of behaviors, thoughts and emotions, that can cause problems or distress and lead happier and healthier lives.
We work with individual from a family therapy lens; unresolved emotional injury sustained during our developmental or growing up years, such as neglect, grief, loss, abandonment, may reappear later in life and interfere with existing life process. Unless this invisible hurt is looked into, and deal with, it is difficult to be authentic and free.
Psychotherapy works well with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, suicidal and self-harming tendencies, eating disorders, relationships problems, work/career issues, and problems with sexual identity, low self esteem.
