Therapist
I completed my diploma in Play therapy offered by Play Therapy United Kingdom (PTUK) in 2022 and worked with adolescents, siblings of autistic children, and neurodivergent children for 200 clinical hours.
I specialized in working with children with special needs for 14 years in a non-governmental organization in Selangor. I have expertise working with neurodivergent students. In addition, I was engaged in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of Special Education Specialists. I also participated as a committee in the Malaysia Special Needs Children Family Camp for 6 years, which furthered my efforts to raise awareness for people with special needs in Malaysia.
I embraced a belief that play therapy gives a precious place for clients to develop their self-confidence and resilience during the process. As a play therapist, I am pleased when a client enables me to accompany them and hold their process in the playroom.
